Chicken Semiya
Chicken semiya is an very delightful recipe, made instantly with a handful of vegeis and chicken shreds. The oil is tempered with mustard , chillies and curry leafs and onions and vegetables are saute to the same. The pre cooked vermicelli is mixed to it and the dish is ready to serve.

  • chicken 150 gms –
  • semiya cooked 1 cup –
  • onion 1/2 cup –
  • carrot ,beans each 1/2 cup –
  • mustard 1 sp –
  • ginger chop 1 sp –
  • Green chilli 1 –
  • curry leaf few –
  • Salt to taste –
  • Coriander leaves : few –
  1. cook chicken in water with some salt
  2. shred the chicken pieces and keep aside
  3. boil semiya or vermicelli in water, strain and keep aside.
  4. in oil saute mustard seeds, green chilli, ginger, curry leafs, onion, carrot and beans
  5. now add the shredde chicken pieces to it
  6. stir finely and add cooked semiya to it and serve hot.
