Chicken Sesame Coin
Herbed chicken mince piled on bread rounds and deep fried
Chicken Mince –

Wash the chicken mince and leave to drain and set aside.

Use the biscuit cutter and cut rounds from the bread.
Pile the chicken mixture on top of the rounds.
Press down firmly, removing bits that stray from the rounds.
