Ingredients
  • Chicken Leg, Thigh Pieces(as you desire) – 3
  • Ginger(garlic paste – 1 tbsp) –
  • Red chilly powder – 1tbsp
  • Tandoori powder – 5tbsp
  • Yoghurt/curd – 4tbsp
  • Lime – 1no
  • Salt(As reqd) –
Instructions
  1. Make few cuts in the chicken with knife.
  2. Mix together lime juice, salt, curd, ginger-garlic paste, tandoori powder and red chilly powder.
  3. Marinate the chicken well with the above atleast for 3 hours(24 hrs is perfect).
  4. Preheat oven to 450 f.
  5. Place chicken on a cookie sheet with foil paper.
  6. Keep shaking and turning it to avoid the chicken pieces from sticking to the Sheet.
  7. :- Takes about 45 mins for perfect taste.
