  1. Beat egg well in a bowl. Add flour, soy sauce, pepper, salt, 1 green chilli, 1 tsp onion and mix well.
  2. In a pan, add butter or refined oil.3) Add garlic, onion and vegetables. Saute till soft.
  3. Add green chillies, red chilli sauce and fry again.5) Add tomatoes and sauté for a minute.6) Add the beaten egg. Cook in slow flame.
  4. When it becomes, half cook scramble it slowly.8) Slowly increase flame and cook the egg.
  5. When done, remove from fire.10) Chilli egg scramble is ready.
