an easy Chinese non veg side dish.

  1. Marinate the chicken and keep it aside for 1 hour.
  2. shallow fry the marinated chicken in oil and keep it aside.
  3. dice the onion and capsicum and finely chop the ginger, garlic and green chilly.
  4. saute the onion, ginger, garlic and green chilly in the same oil which we fried the chicken. add capsicum and saute again.
  5. add all the sauces and saute again in low flame. add a little water if required.
  6. mix in the fried chicken.
  7. pour 1/2 cup of water and the corn flour paste.
  8. let it boil in medium flame until the gravy thickens.
