  • Dried black peppercorns(coarsely crushed) - 1 tbsp
  • Dried green peppercorns(coarsely crushed) - 1 tbsp
  • French vinaigrette dressing - 250 ml
  • White grape juice - 250 ml
  • Lime juice - 125 ml
  • garlic(crushed) - 2 cloves
  • Fresh dill(chopped) - 2 tbsp
  • Red chilly(finely chopped, small) - 1 no

Instructions
  1. For preparing chilly fried prawns, carefully de-vein the prawns, wash well and drain.
  2. Combine prawns with black pepper, green pepper, french vinaigrette dressing, lime juice, oil, garlic, salt, dill, red chilly and parsley.
  3. Allow the prawns to marinate overnight.
  4. Drain and fry the prawns until they are tender.
  5. Chilly fried prawns are ready. Garnish with lemon slices and serve immediately.
