Instructions
  1. For preparing chilly rabbit, mix together 1 tbsp of soya sauce, 1/2 tsp each of black and white pepper powder, egg and corn flour to make a lump free batter.
  2. Marinate the rabbit with the above mixture for about 30 minutes.
  3. Heat oil in a deep frying pan and fry the rabbit till golden brown.
  4. Remove and drain the oil. Keep it aside.
  5. Grind garlic and chillies to a smooth paste.
  6. Heat oil in a pan and sautT the above paste on low flame.
  7. Dissolve the chicken stock cube in one cup of boiling water and pour it into the pan.
  8. Add the remaining 1/2 tbsp of white pepper, 1/2 tbsp of black pepper, 1 tbsp of soya sauce and 1 tsp of sugar.
  9. Bring it to a boil.
  10. Then add in the fried rabbit pieces.
  11. Allow it to cook for a few more minutes, until the gravy thickens.
  12. Add the chopped spring onions, mix it well and remove it from heat.
  13. Chilly rabbit is ready. Serve hot.
