  • Cottage cheese(cubed, Paneer) - 500 g
  • Egg whites - 2 nos
  • Corn flour(As reqd) -
  • Onion(finely sliced) - 1/2 cup
  • Carrot(peeled and cubed) - 1 no
  • Ginger(grated) - 2 tsp
  • Vinegar - 2 tbsp
  • Soya Sauce - 2 tbsp
  • Sugar - 2 tbsp
  • Water - 1 1/2 cups

Instructions
  1. For preparing chinese fried paneer, put the cubed paneer into a bowl.
  2. Add in the egg whites and 1/2 cup corn flour. Mix it well.
  3. Heat oil in a vessel and fry the paneer cubes till brown in colour. Remove and keep it aside.
  4. In the remaining oil sautT in the onion, carrot and ginger till it becomes transparent.
  5. Mean while, in a bowl mix in vinegar, sugar, soya sauce, 3 tsp corn flour, water and required salt.
  6. Pour this sauce in the onions and mix until the sauce becomes thick.
  7. Toss in the fried paneer and combine it gently. Allow it to cook for 5 minutes and remove it from the flame.
  8. Chinese fried paneer is ready. Serve immediately.
