  • Button Mushrooms(chopped) - 100 g
  • Tomatoes(chopped, medium) - 4 nos
  • Green chillies(large) - 4 nos
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • Coriander leaves - 10-15 leaves
  • Cumin(Jeera) - 1/2 tsp
  • Cinnamon powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Nutmeg powder(Jathikka) - 1/4 tsp
  • Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Onion paste - 2 tbsp
  • Corn flour(mixed in half cup of water) - 1 tsp
  • Pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • Chilly sauce - 1/2 tsp
  • Lemon juice - 1/2 tsp
  • Ghee/Oil - 2 tbsp

Instructions
  1. Add 2 tbsp of oil to a heated pan.
  2. Flash fry the onion paste, garlic pieces and jeera till the paste is golden brown.
  3. Add cinnamon powder, nutmeg, chilly powder, salt and pepper. Heat for 2 minutes.
  4. To this, add chopped tomatoes and mushrooms and fry for 5 minutes.
  5. Add corn flour and water mixture to this.
  6. Let it simmer till the gravy becomes thick. To this, add green chillies.
  7. Then place the fried eggs. Garnish with coriander leaves and lemon juice. Serve with noodles or pasta.
