  • Egg(mixed with 3 tbsp of corn flour) - 1 no
  • Pineapple(cut into small pieces) - 50 g
  • Green capsicum(cut into small pieces) - 50 g
  • Onion(finely chopped) - 1/2
  • Ketchup - 1 tbsp
  • Sugar - 3 tbsp
  • Corn flour(mixed with a little water) - 2 tbsp
  • Vinegar - 50 ml
  • Water - 125 ml

Instructions
  1. For preparing chinese sweet and sour chicken, mix the chicken with corn flour, egg and little water.
  2. Heat oil in a vessel and fry the chicken for about 10 minutes on low flame. Remove it from the oil and keep it aside.
  3. Put water into a saucepan with vinegar, ketchup, sugar and salt. Heat it and allow it to thicken with 2 soup spoons of cornflour.
  4. Add in the chicken, pineapple, onion and pepper. Stir well.
  5. Chinese sweet and sour chicken is ready. Serve hot.
