Ingredients
  • Arrowroot biscuits – 25nos
  • Hide & Seek biscuit/any chocolate biscuits – 10nos
  • Cashew nuts(As reqd) –
  • Cherries(As reqd) –
  • Butter – 2tbsp
  • Powdered sugar(plus 2 tbsp if needed) – 1/2cup
  • Egg 1no
  • Cocoa Powder – 1/4cup
  • Milk(more if needed) – 1and
Instructions
  1. For preparing choco biscuit pudding, mix together egg yolk, butter & sugar thoroughly.
  2. Add 1/4 cup cocoa powder mixed with milk & add cashew nuts.
  3. Whisk egg white & add to the above.
  4. Add 17 crushed arrowroot biscuits.
  5. Layer a container with remaining 8 biscuits & the solution in alternative layers.
  6. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  7. Make a solution of hide & seek biscuits with water & pour in a zig zag manner on top of the pudding.
  8. Garnish with cherries & cashew nuts.
