Ingredients
  • Corn flour – 250g
  • Rice flour – 100g
  • Jaggery(melted, sharkara) – 50g
  • Egg 1no
  • Coconut milk(As reqd) –
  • Cardamom powder(Elakka) – 1tsp
  • Cashew nuts(Few) –
  • Raisins(Few) –
Instructions
  1. For preparing cholapodi unda, beat egg well.
  2. When foam comes, add corn flour and rice flour.
  3. Add fried cashew nut & raisins. Mix well.
  4. Add jaggery and coconut milk.
  5. Add cardamom powder and set aside for 1 hour.
  6. Pour 1 spoon of mixture in oil and fry till crispy.
