Ingredients
  • Chow noodles – 100gm
  • Onion(shredded) – 1no
  • Capsicum(shredded) – 1no
  • Cabbage(shredded) – 1cup
  • Carrot(shredded) – 1no
  • Ajinomotto(optional) – 1/4tsp
  • Soya Sauce – 2tsp
  • Chilli sauce – 1 1/2tsp
  • Garlic pods(chopped) – 7nos
  • Pepper – 1tsp
  • Oil 1tbsp
  • Sugar 1/4tsp
  • Salt 3/4tsp
  • Cornflour 1/2tsp
  • Vinegar – 1tbsp
Instructions
  1. Boil the noodles and strain.
  2. Wash the noodles in cold water and strain again.
  3. Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
  4. Add onion and stir fry.
  5. Add carrot followed by capsicum, cabbage and garlic.
  6. Add salt, pepper, sugar and ajinomotto.
  7. Add the noodles, chilli sauce and vinegar.
  8. Mix cornflour with soya sauce and add to the noodles.
  9. :- Serve hot.
