  1. Marinate chicken pieces with chicken masala and keep aside for 1/2 hour. After that microwave for 5 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a kadai and splutter mustard seeds. When they start to splutter, add curry leaves and big onion. SautT for sometime.
  3. Add ginger garlic paste and sautT. 4)Add green chillies and coconut paste and sautT for 7 minutes.
  4. Add the microwaved chicken into it, add sufficient water, salt to taste and cook covered for 15 minutes in a low flame.
  5. Coconut chicken, is ready. Serve wiyh rice, bread….etc
