Instructions
  1. For preparing coconut crab curry, grind onions, tomato, ginger, garlic, coriander powder, chilly powder, turmeric powder, dried red chillies, fennel seeds, cumin seeds, vinegar and salt to smooth paste.
  2. Heat oil in a vessel and sautT the above paste for 5 minutes on low flame.
  3. Toss in the crabs and mix well with a little water. Allow it to cook on low flame for 10 minutes.
  4. Pour in the coconut milk, cover and cook for 5 minutes on low flame.
  5. Garnish with curry leaves and coriander leaves.
  6. Coconut crab curry is ready. Serve hot with chapatti, bread, etc.
