Instructions
  1. For preparing coconut milk fish, first heat oil in a vessel. Splutter mustard seeds and fenugreek seeds.
  2. Toss in shallots, ginger, garlic, green chillies and curry leaves.
  3. When the shallots become brown, add in coriander powder, chilly powder, turmeric powder and pepper powder. Saute it on low flame.
  4. Pour in the 2nd coconut milk and allow it to boil.
  5. Add in the fish fillets and allow it to cook.
  6. Then pour in the 1st coconut milk and allow to boil. When boiling starts, remove from flame.
  7. Add vinegar and stir.
  8. Coconut milk fish is ready. Serve hot.
