Instructions
  1. For preparing coconut milk prawn soup, heat coconut oil in a vessel and splutter mustard seeds.
  2. Fry onion till transparent.
  3. Add in garlic, ginger, curry leaves, green chilly, pepper. Fry well till it becomes a bit brown in colour.
  4. Then add maida, turmeric powder, chopped prawns, salt and required water. Allow it to cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Pour in the coconut milk and lime juice. Remove from the flame.
  6. Coconut milk prawn soup is ready. Serve as a starter.
