  • Potatoes(peeled and cubed) - 2 nos
  • Onions(finely chopped) - 2 nos
  • Chilly powder - 2 tsp
  • Coriander powder - 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder(A pinch) -
  • Meat masala powder - 3 tsp
  • Coriander leaves(finely chopped) - 4 springs
  • Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Vinegar - 1 tbsp

Instructions
  1. For preparing coconut pork dry, heat oil in a pressure cooker and fry the pork with a pinch of salt and pepper powder.
  2. Add in the potatoes, onions, chilly powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, meat masala powder and salt. Mix it well with a very little water.
  3. Close the lid and allow the pork and the potatoes to cook.
  4. Then pour in the coconut milk and allow it to dry up.
  5. Garnish with coriander leaves and vinegar.
  6. Coconut pork dry is ready. Serve hot with chapatti.
