  • Grated Coconut 1cup
  • Mustard seeds 1/4tsp
  • Black gram(Uzhunnuparippu) – 1/4tsp
  • Asafoetida(A little for taste, Kayam) –
  • Coriander leaves – 1/4cup
  • Salt 1/4tsp
  • Oil 1tsp
  • Curd – 1cup
  1. Grind the coconut into a fine paste.
  2. Heat 1 tsp of oil in a pan.
  3. Splutter mustard seeds and balck gram.
  4. Add them to the grinded coconut.
  5. Add some salt and asafoetida.
  6. Add this paste to a cup of curd and mix well.
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves.
