Instructions
  1. For preparing coconut stuffed sweet, put maida in a big bowl.
  2. Add in soda powder, curd, sugar, ghee and salt. Mix it.
  3. Add required water and make it into a dough. Keep it aside.
  4. In a small bowl, mix in grated coconut, sugar and cardamom powder. Keep it aside.
  5. Make small balls out of the dough and make a hole in it.
  6. Stuff the dough with coconut stuffing and keep it aside.
  7. Heat ghee in a deep frying pan and fry the stuffed balls till it turns brown in colour. Remove it.
  8. Coconut stuffed sweet is ready. Serve immediately for tea.
