this is simple and easy salna for idly roti and paratha. this healthy too. i added only two vegetable you can add more as you like..

  1. Grind Coconut, onion. tomato and poppy seed and red chili and keep aside
  2. Now In pan add oil and temper jeera and saute 1/2 onion chopped and saute well
  3. Now saute chopped vegetable with salt
  4. Now add grind paste and mix well and cook in low flame for 5 mins
  5. Now add ginger garlic paste and cook for 1 min
  6. Now add water and cook for 10 mins
  7. Now its ready to serve
