  • Onions(finely sliced) - 2 nos
  • Ginger(garlic paste - 1 tbsp) -
  • Meat masala - 1 tbsp
  • Pepper powder - 1 tsp
  • Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
  • Chilly powder - 2 tsp
  • Yogurt - 1 cup
  • Cashew nuts(paste) - 2 tbsp
  • Lime juice - 5 tbsp

Instructions
  1. For preparing coriander beef, cook the beef in a pressure cooker with a little salt water. Drain it and keep the stock.
  2. Heat oil in a vessel and saute the onions until golden brown.
  3. Add in the ginger-garlic paste, coriander paste, garam masala, meat masala, chilly powder, pepper powder and turmeric. Fry it for 1 minute on low flame.
  4. Then add in the cooked beef and fry it till a bit brown in colour.
  5. Pour a little of the beef stock and cashew nut paste.
  6. Allow it to simmer for about 30 minutes.
  7. Mix in remaining cashew nut paste.
  8. Garnish with lime juice.
  9. Coriander beef is ready. Serve hot with chapatti.
