  • Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
  • Chilly powder - 2 tsp
  • Yogurt - 1 cup
  • Cashew nuts(paste) - 2 tbsp
  • Lime juice - 5 tbsp

Instructions
  1. For preparing coriander beef, heat oil in a vessel and sautT the onions until golden brown.
  2. Add in the ginger-garlic paste, coriander paste, garam masala, chicken masala, chilly powder, pepper powder and turmeric. Fry it for 1 minute on low flame.
  3. Then add in the chicken and fry it till a bit brown in colour.
  4. Pour a little water and allow the chicken to cook.
  5. Mix in the cashew nut paste and yoghurt.
  6. Garnish with lime juice.
  7. Coriander chicken is ready. Serve hot with chapatti.
