Instructions
  1. For preparing coriander paneer, blend the coriander leaves to a fine paste with a little water. Keep it aside.
  2. Heat oil in a vessel and fry the paneer cubes until light brown.
  3. Drain the fried paneer cubes and keep it aside.
  4. In the same oil, saute onions and green chillies along with salt.
  5. When the onion becomes transparent, add ginger-garlic paste and fry for 2 minutes.
  6. Add turmeric powder, chilly powder, fenugreek powder, cumin powder and garam masala.
  7. Fry for 2 minutes and pour in the coriander paste.
  8. Add little water and allow it to simmer on low flame.
  9. Toss in the fried paneer cubes and allow it to simmer on low flame till the gravy thickens.
  10. Coriander paneer is ready. Serve hot with chapatti or plain rice.
