Ingredients
  • basmathi rice( soak for 10 mins) 1 cup –
  • coriander leafs 1 bunch –
  • Onion : 1 no –
  • Green chilli : 1 no –
  • Shallots : 4 – 5nos
  • ginger garlic 3 – 4cloves
  • cardamom 3 –
  • cinnamon 2 –
  • jeera 1 sp –
  • Cloves : 4 – 5
  • Water : 2 cups –
Instructions
  1. grind coriander ,ginger garlic shallots and green chilli and keep aside
  2. in a cooker add oil and saute gram masala
  3. add onions
  4. now add the ground paste to it
  5. when saute add the rice
  6. stir for a min and add 2 cups water
  7. cover the lid for a whistle and serve
