Instructions
  1. For preparing coriander soup, cook the coriander leaves in salt water for 2 minutes. Remove from the flame and allow it to cool.
  2. Blend the cooked coriander leaves along with the remaining water.
  3. Boil the coriander puree with 1 cup of water in a vessel.
  4. Mix corn flour in a 1/2 cup water.
  5. Pour it into the soup mixture stirring continuously avoiding lumps. Allow it boil for a minute.
  6. Add salt, sugar and pepper powder. Allow it to boil for 1 minute.
  7. Pour the coconut milk and allow it to simmer for 1 minute.
  8. Coriander soup is ready. Serve cream just before serving.
