Instructions
  1. For preparing corn flour dosa, soak split black gram and raw rice separately in water for 8 hours.
  2. Soak the fenugreek seeds with the split black gram.
  3. Grind the soaked raw rice, fenugreek seeds, split black gram, cooked rice and raw rice to a fine paste with required water. Pour it in a bowl.
  4. Add in the corn flour and salt. Mix well to avoid lumps. (add a little more water if required)
  5. Heat a little oil in a vessel. Splutter mustard seeds and cumin seeds.
  6. Pour it into the batter and mix it well.
  7. Heat a dosa frying pan. Using a ladle pour the corn batter on the hot pan and spread it in circles.
  8. Allow it to cook for 2 minutes on both the sides on low flame.
  9. Drizzle a little oil around the corn dosa. Repeat the procedure with the remaining corn batter.
  10. Corn flour dosa¦s are ready. Serve immediately with tomato chutney.
