Instructions
  1. For preparing corn flour veggie paratha, in a bowl knead in corn flour, maida, grated carrot, baby corn, green chillies, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, sugar, coriander leaves, curry leaves, salt and required hot water.
  2. Make rolls out of the dough in shapes of parathas.
  3. Heat a frying pan and fry the paratha on both the sides. Drizzle a little ghee on both sides of the paratha.
  4. Corn flour veggie parathas are ready. Serve hot.
