Instructions
  1. For preparing corn fritters, mix in maida, salt, egg, pepper powder and a little water to make a thick batter.
  2. Heat oil in a deep frying pan.
  3. Dip each baby corn in the batter and fry it in oil till it becomes golden brown in colour.
  4. Corn fritters are ready. Serve hot.
