Split Black gram
(Uzhunnu Paruppu) –
Carrots(finely chopped) –
(As reqd) –
For preparing corn idly`s, soak corn and
separately for 7 hours.
Grind them separately and mix them together. Allow it to ferment for 5-6 hours.
Then add in the carrots and
in the idly batter and mix well.
Pour it in an idly mould and steam it till cooked.
Corn idly`s are ready. Serve with any chutney.
