Corn Pakoda
Corn pakoda is an instant and different dish that can be made within minutes. This is preferably an healthy tea time snack. The corn is tured in mixer with chilli and salt and made to a corse paste. Onions and cumin seeds are added to the paste and it is made to thicken adding rice flour and deep fried in oil. Thus our instant snack corn pakoda is ready to serve.

  • sweet corn 250 gms –
  • ginger garlic paste 1 sp –
  • Green chilli 1 –
  • onion 1 sliced –
  • curry leaf and coriander leaf few –
  • cumin seeds 1 sp. –
  • Rice flour : 3 tsp –
  • Oil to deep fry –
  1. in a mixer take corn, salt and ginger garlic paste, and green chilli
  2. run it to a corse paste and to it add cumin seeds, onions and chopped curry leafs and coriander leafs.
  3. now mix well with rice flour
  4. take small portions of it and deep fry in oil
  5. now our tasty corn pakoda is ready to serve.
