  • Corn Kernels – 1/2cup
  • Corn flour – 1/2tin
  • Milk(As reqd) –
  • Sugar(As reqd) –
  • Almonds(flaked) –
  • Salt(As reqd) –
  1. For preparing corn porridge, heat milk in a bowl with salt.
  2. Slowly add in the corn flour and mix it well avoiding lumps.
  3. Add in sugar, mix it continuously and allow it to cook on low flame for 2 minutes.
  4. Toss in the corn kernels and mix it well for 1 minute on low flame.
  5. Pour in more milk if required.
  6. Garnish with flaked almonds.
  7. Corn porridge is ready. Serve hot.
