Instructions
  1. For preparing cottage cheese(Paneer) fry, take a bowl and marinate the paneer cubes with a mixture of ajinomoto and corn flour for 5 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a deep frying pan and fry the marinated paneer on medium flame till it becomes brown in colour. Keep it aside.
  3. In a pan heat the remaining oil.
  4. SautT in the onion and garlic paste till the onions become transparent.
  5. Add in the cubed capsicum, spring onions, fried paneer, soy sauce, coriander powder, pepper powder and salt. Mix it for 3 minutes on low flame.
  6. Garnish with curry leaves and remove it from flame.
  7. Cottage cheese(Paneer) fry is ready. Serve hot.
