Instructions
  1. For preparing paneer in green gravy, heat oil in a vessel.
  2. Add in the green curry paste and sautT it till a nice smell comes.
  3. Then add fried paneer, bay leaf, lime leaves and lemon grass.
  4. Pour in the coconut milk and allow the paneer to cook on low flame.
  5. Stir in the soya sauce, pounded green chillies and basil leaves.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves and curry leaves.
  7. Paneer in green gravy is ready. Serve hot.
