  • Cottage cheese(cubed, Paneer) - 250 g
  • Carrot(peeled and finely cubed) - 100 g
  • garlic(grated) - 2 cloves
  • Lettuce leaves(torn) - 150 g
  • Raisins(Unakka munthiri) - 1/2 tsp
  • Walnuts(chopped) - 4 tbsp
  • Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
  • Pepper powder(A pinch) -

Instructions
  1. For preparing cottage cheese(paneer) salad, marinate the paneer with salt.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and fry the paneer on low flame till it becomes light brown. Keep it aside.
  3. In a bowl add in the fried paneer, grated garlic, lettuce leaves, carrot, raisins, walnuts, lemon juice and pepper powder. Mix well and add salt if required.
  4. Cottage cheese(paneer) salad is ready. Serve immediately.
