Instructions
  1. For preparing cottage cheese(paneer) stuffed snack, put maida in a big bowl.
  2. Add in baking powder, oil and salt.
  3. Knead it with required water and make it into a dough. Keep it aside for 30 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile heat oil in a vessel and splutter mustard seeds and cumin seeds.
  5. Toss in the onion, green chillies and salt. SautT the onion till it becomes transparent.
  6. Add in garam masala, curry leaves and crumbled paneer. Mix it well, close the lid and allow it to cook on low flame.
  7. Remove it from the flame and allow it to cool.
  8. Make small balls out of the above dough and roll it with a rolling pin into small chapattis.
  9. Stuff the small chappatis with above paneer stuffing and seal the edges. Keep it aside.
  10. Heat oil in a deep frying pan and fry it till it turns golden brown in colour. Remove it.
  11. Cottage cheese(Paneer) stuffed snack is ready. Serve immediately for tea.
