  • Peas(cooked) - 1/2 cup
  • All purpose flour(Maida) - 1 1/2 cup
  • Onions(chopped) - 500 g
  • Tomatoes(chopped) - 3 nos
  • Tomato Ketchup - 3 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1 spring
  • Butter - 1/2 cup

Instructions
  1. For preparing cottage cheese(paneer) with peas tart, heat oil in a vessel and saute the onions till it becomes transparent.
  2. Add the peas and paneer. Allow it to cook on low flame.
  3. Then add in the tomatoes and allow it to cook. Remove and keep aside.
  4. Rub the butter in the maida until it looks like bread crumbs.
  5. Knead this into a dough with a little water.
  6. Roll out the dough into a big chappathi that can fit the pie tin.
  7. Spread the tomato ketchup on the rolled dough and spread in the paneer filling.
  8. Sprinkle coriander leaves and bake it in a pre-heated oven for 15 minutes.
  9. Cottage cheese(paneer) with peas tart is ready. Serve hot.
