Instructions
  1. For preparing cow¦s liver special, heat 5 tbsp of olive oil in a vessel over medium flame.
  2. Saute in the shallots and garlic until the shallots become transparent.
  3. Add the vinegar, chives, cow's liver, salt and pepper with a little water. Allow it to cook on low flame.
  4. Then add in the coriander leaves and lime juice. Mix well.
  5. Cow¦s liver special is ready. Serve hot with bread, chapathi, etc.
