Instructions
  1. For preparing creamy yogurt prawns, first marinate the prawns in salt for 1/2 an hour.
  2. Heat olive oil in a deep frying pan and fry the marinated prawns till they get light brown. Remove it and keep it aside.
  3. In the same oil saute ginger-garlic paste and onion till it become light brown in colour.
  4. Add coriander powder, cumin powder and chilly powder. Saute it for 1 minute on low flame.
  5. Then add in the tomato and salt. Allow it to cook on low flame till the tomato becomes a bit mushy.
  6. Now add in the fried prawns, garam masala and yogurt. Allow it to cook till the water evaporates.
  7. Creamy yoghurt prawns is ready. Serve hot.
