  1. Mix besan, rice flour, chilly powder, ginger-garlic paste, green chillies, onion, cabbage and required salt adding some water.
  2. Mixture shouldn’t be watery. Add very little water and the mixture must be thick as cabbage and onion must stick on to flour mixture.
  3. Heat oil in a pan, fry the mixture until golden brown. Try to fry in simmer so that it cooks well and will be crispy too.
