Instructions
  1. For preparing crispy fish fingers, sift together maida, rice flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
  2. To the bowl, add in the beaten egg yolk and add required water to make it a lump free thick batter.
  3. Heat oil in a deep frying pan.
  4. Dip the fish fillets into the batter. Fry it in oil on low flame till it becomes golden brown and crispy.
  5. Drain the fried fish fingers on to a tissue paper.
  6. Crispy fish fingers are ready. Serve immediately with ketchup.
