Instructions
  1. For preparing crispy prawn rolls, mix wheat flour with ghee, salt and required water. Keep it aside.
  2. Marinate the prawns in salt and steam the prawns in a steamer till done.
  3. Remove it, chop it and keep it aside.
  4. In a bowl mix in steamed-chopped prawns, carrot, ajinomoto, cabbage, pepper powder, oyster sauce and onion. Keep it aside.
  5. Roll out the wheat dough into small chapattis.
  6. Fill it with the prawn mixture and roll it. Cut it into 2 inch pieces.
  7. Heat oil in a deep frying pan and fry the rolls till it becomes crispy and brown on low flame.
  8. Repeat the procedure with the remaining dough and prawn mixture.
  9. Crispy prawn rolls are ready. Serve hot as a snack with ketchup.
