Instructions
  1. For preparing crispy squid with dipping sauce, in a bowl mix in maida, paprika, pepper powder and salt.
  2. Toss in the squid strips and mix it well.
  3. Heat oil in a deep frying pan and deep fry the squid till it becomes brown and crispy.
  4. Meanwhile in another bowl mix in mayonnaise, chopped rosemary, pepper powder, lime juice, carrot and salt. Keep it aside.
  5. Remove the squid and place it on a tissue paper to drain the oil.
  6. Crispy squid with dipping sauce is ready. Serve the squid hot with the sauce.
