  • Boneless chicken breast(cut into 2 pieces each) - 4 nos
  • Bread crumbs - 1 cup
  • Parmesan cheese(grated) - 1/4 cup
  • Almonds(roughly ground) - 1/2 cup
  • Parsley Leaves(chopped) - 1 tbsp
  • garlic(grated) - 1 clove
  • Dried thyme - 1/2 tsp
  • Pepper powder(A pinch) -

Instructions
  1. For preparing crunchy chicken, first preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In bowl, mix in bread crumbs, grated parmesan cheese, almonds, parsley, garlic, salt, thyme and pepper powder.
  3. Pour olive oil into a plate.
  4. Coat the chicken breast in olive oil and then in the bread crumbs mixture.
  5. Place the coated chicken on a cookie sheet and bake it for 20 minutes(do not turn chicken over).
  6. Crunchy chicken is ready. Serve as a snack.
