Instructions
  1. For preparing cucumber - carrot side dish, take a bowl and mix in carrot, cucumber, mayonnaise, ground nuts, garlic, tomatoes, sugar, lime juice, onion, pepper powder, green chillies and salt. Keep it aside in the fridge.
  2. Healthy cucumber - carrot side dish is ready. Serve chilled with steaks, thandoori chicken, etc.
