  • Boneless Chicken – 1kg
  • Chilly powder – 2tsp
  • Pepper powder 1tsp
  • Corn flour – 1tsp
  • All purpose flour(Maida) – 2tsp
  • Egg white – 1no
  • Ginger Paste – 2tsp
  • Garlic paste – 2tsp
  • Yoghurt – 1cup
  • Carrot(slices) –
  • Coriander leaves(chopped) – 4springs
  • Oil(As reqd) –
  • Salt(As reqd) –
  1. For preparing curd chicken, marinate the chicken in chilly powder, pepper powder and salt. Keep it aside for 30 minutes.
  2. Add in corn flour, egg white and maida into the chicken. Mix well and fry it in hot oil. Keep it aside.
  3. Fry ginger and garlic paste in oil. Add in curd and boil for 3 minutes.
  4. Then add in the fried chicken and mix well.
  5. Garnish with carrot slices and coriander leaves.
  6. Curd chicken is ready. Serve hot.
