Curry Leaves Gravy
Curry leaf gravy is a south Indian style flavorful gravy prepared with lots of curry leafs. This authentic gravy gives a tangy and spicy taste . The preparation of this gravy goes in three steps of first grinding the coconut paste with spices and then sauteing the onions and adding the paste then finally adding the tamarind juice wait till the oil oozes out and then to be served. This gravy is prepared without adding any tomatoes to it , and so the aromatic curry leaf gravy is locked up only

  1. saute red and green chilli curry leafs with ginger garlic paste
  2. grind it to a smooth paste along with coconut and cashews
  3. heat oil in pan saute fenu greek, channa and urad dal,mustard
  4. add shallots cook till transparent
  5. add the ground paste
  6. add tamarind juice cook till the oil separates and serve with rice
