Daba Style Aloo Gobi Paratha
Aloo gobi is a classic Punjabi dish that is tasty and yummy and is made in a rustic/ should i say the authentic way in the Punjabi dhabas. aloo gobi paratha in daba style is very tasty. it can be prepared in half an hour.

For Dough:
for stuffing:
  1. prepare wheat dough from, wheat,salt and water
  2. chop the cauliflower, onion and capsicum, green chili and garlic
  3. heat the oil in the pan, saute the garlic and onion for 3 mins
  4. add green chili and capsicum and mix well
  5. add cauliflower and mix it
  6. add red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, punjabi garam masala. and coriander powder and mix it
  7. allow to cook until the cauliflower get cooked
  8. now add mashed aloo and coriander leaves and mix it, now stuffing is ready
  9. take two balls from dough, roll it seperately
  10. stuff the aloo gobi masala
  11. cover with other wheat dough roll
  12. press all the corner and again roll it in thick
  13. heat the tawa and cook the paratha by applying ghee both the side
  14. now daba style aloo gobi paratha is ready to serve
