Instructions
  1. Cut the vegetables into small pieces and add ginger and garlic.
  2. Cook this in steam or very low flame for 2 minutes so that there is no water content.
  3. Grind the dates and add into the above mixture.
  4. Add pickle powder, vinegar, salt, and required sugar.
  5. Mix well and leave for 1 day to get the real taste.
