  1. For preparing dates dosa, grind the dates to make a fine paste.
  2. Put it in a bowl.
  3. Add in maida, salt, jaggery, egg and required water to make a lump free batter. Mix well.
  4. Heat a pan, pour a ladle of the batter and make dosa. Drizzle oil over it.
  5. Fry it on both sides.
  6. Dates dosa is ready. Serve hot.
